If you are a student, and wish to become a member of the ASFO at a reduced fee, please sign up below.
Student membership is intended for, though not limited to, undergraduate college students and dental/dental hygiene students. Anyone holding a dental degree, other professional degree (hygienist, attorney, etc.), or MS or PhD is no longer eligible for ‘student membership,’ whether licensed or not.
Upon completion of signup, you must send an email to webmaster@asfo.org with proof that you are a student, such as a copy of your student ID. The webmaster will then send you the discount code that you can apply during checkout when purchasing a new membership.
This registration form will not give you access to any extra member areas until you purchase a full membership product. Student memberships are currently $25.
